| 내시경 소견
Duodenoscope 으로 관찰하였을 때 periampullary diverticulum이 관찰되며 PoV는 정상적으로 관찰됨. Bile duct cannulation을 시도하였을 때 p-duct로 cannulation됨. p-duct의 guide wire를 유지하고 selection 위해 double guide technique으로 새로운 guide wire를 이용하여 b-duct cannulation에 성공함. p-duct로 pancreatogram 한 뒤 COOK 5Fr 5cm single pigtail plastic stent 삽입함. Dye cholangiogram 시행하였을 때 mid to dital CBD 에 amorphous한 fiiling defect 관찰됨. 6mm hurricane 이용하여 10sx2 dilatation 시행하였고 basket, balloon 이용하여 수체례 sweeping 하여 stone removal 함. irrgation 후 시술 종료함.
