| 현병력 | 산전진찰 상 심장기형(PA, IVS) 확인되어 출생 후 세종병원에서 Fontan 수술받은 분. 2010.12 처음으로 세종병원에서 Fontan related protein losing enterpathy 진단받은 뒤 heparin, steroid 등 치료 하였으나 잦은 재발로 여러 번의 입퇴원 반복한 하였고 세종병원 입원치료 중 2nd opnion 위해 2018.09 서울대 병원 refer 되었고 hepatic lymphangiography and embolization(2018.09, 2019.04) 2회 시행 후 세종병원 opd f/u 중이던 분. 1주전 (‘22.07.07) 부터 지속되는 Watery diarrhea(10-15/day), abdominal distension 있었으며 세종병원 내원하여 시행한 lab 상 Albumin 저하, anemia 악화소견 보였고, Liver CT(’22.07.14)에서 LC with ascites, R/O HCC 소견 보여 refer 됨. |
