| 영상 소견
CBD의 extrapancreatic portion상방으로는 disproportionate한 dilatation이 관찰됨. 동반된 CBD의 wall enhancement와, GB distension, wall thickening이 있음. Pancreas head의 enhancing lesion 주변으로는 peripancreatic area, porta hepatis, common hepatic artery, retroperitoneum의 enlarged lymph node가 관찰됨. |

- Pancreas, gun biopsy : Dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltration with fibrosis and obliterative phlebitis consistant with IgG4-related sclerosing disease <Immunohistochemical staining results> IgG4/IgG ratio: 80% IgG4: up to 100/HPF CD138: positive, in many plasma cells |
