Pancreas head에 약 3.5cm 크기의 mass lesion이 관찰된다 Usual한 pancreatic cancer에 비해 그 size가 크며 비교적 경계가 좋은 양상이다. |

| 치료 및 임상경과 | 췌장 두부의 종물에 대해 PPPD 수술 시행하였고, margin에서 양성으로 관찰되어 방사선 치료 시행 하였고, 이후 외래에서 추적관찰 중이다. |

| 요약 | 이전 두부에서 Solitary fibrous tumor로 치료 받은 분으로, 췌장 두부에서 종물관찰되었다. 병리, 면역화학검사 결과 상 Solitary fibrous tumor으로 사료되어 PPPD 수술 시행하였고, 이후 RTx 한 분으로 췌장에 Solitary fibrous tumor 가 전이되어 관찰된 드문 사례로 발표하고자 한다. |
