| 치료 및 임상경과 | 잔위유두부 선종에 대해 APC ablation 시행후 necrotizing pancreatitis가 발생하여 시술 3주뒤 LAMS를 이용하여 transduodenal WON drainage를 시행함. LAM의 enteral flange가 pyloric ring을 지나서 deploy되었음. LAMS를 제거후 plastic stent를 다시 삽입하였음. |
